Sivananda Yoga

Yoga is a systematic way to brings union to the body and mind. Through proper exercise, proper breathing, proper diet, and proper relaxation, and positive thinking, one will experience life with inner peace and love.  Each standard class is 90 minutes.

Breath Work

Breathing is an energetic way to unlocking the content trapped in the musculature of the body without using the mind. Releasing tension, relieving stress and bringing the body back into harmony.  Each standard session is 60-90 minutes.

Retreat Week

This is a time when we take time for ourselves away from our daily busy schedule and give some space for our body and mind to relax deeply.  A combination of yoga, meditation, and breath work sessions are provided each day.
